Digital Product Fulfillment Policy

1. Digital Product Delivery

All products sold through this store are digital products and are delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing a download link for your purchased files.

Customers who create an account may also access their downloads at any time through their Shopify account dashboard.

2. Delivery Time

Digital products are generally available for instant download immediately after purchase.

In rare cases, order processing may take up to 24 hours if additional payment verification or security checks are required.

If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.

3. Download Access & Limits

Purchased files may be downloaded up to five (5) times.

Some downloads may include an expiration period, after which the download link may no longer be available. We recommend downloading and securely storing your files immediately after purchase.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a product has been downloaded.

Refunds may only be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate purchases of the same product

  • Technical issues that prevent the product from being accessed or downloaded

  • Offer the files for free or paid download

Violation of these terms may result in license termination and possible legal action.
